Frendora accepts cancellation requests only before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted under our current cancellation policy.

- Orders placed Monday through Saturday may be processed on the same or following business day.
- In-stock products are generally shipped within two business days of order placement.

- Shipping charges depend on the order and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
